TSR Legal is working with a growing and forward-thinking property law firm in Cheltenham to recruit an experienced Legal PA to support several Directors. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business and contributing beyond a traditional PA remit.

The Role

This position goes beyond diary management and document production. You will play a key role in supporting the Directors, assisting with property-related matters, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll also have support in the way of an Assistant who will be able to provide wider office and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level PA support to Directors
  • Managing diaries, meetings and correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of property-related documentation
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative and operational tasks
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
  • Helping to coordinate office operations and provide general office support
  • Ensuring files, systems and processes are kept organised and up to date
  • Supporting the business as it continues to grow and evolve

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within property
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Happy to take ownership and get involved beyond a “typical” PA role
  • Strong IT skills and experience working with legal systems
