TSR Legal is working with a growing and forward-thinking property law firm in Cheltenham to recruit an experienced Legal PA to support several Directors. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business and contributing beyond a traditional PA remit.
The Role
This position goes beyond diary management and document production. You will play a key role in supporting the Directors, assisting with property-related matters, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will also have support in the way of an Assistant who will be able to provide wider office and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level PA support to Directors
- Managing diaries, meetings and correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of property-related documentation
- Supporting fee earners with administrative and operational tasks
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
- Helping to coordinate office operations and provide general office support
- Ensuring files, systems and processes are kept organised and up to date
- Supporting the business as it continues to grow and evolve
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within property
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Happy to take ownership and get involved beyond a typical PA role
- Strong IT skills and experience working with legal systems
