TSR Legal is working with a fast-growing, modern law firm with offices across Gloucestershire and Bath, to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for its Cheltenham office. The firm specialises in residential conveyancing, handling a wide range of transactions including high-value and complex matters. The Senior HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and in helping to shape an exceptional working environment. Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees, you will provide timely, practical and commercially focused HR advice on a range of people matters. You will work closely with the existing HR function and will have access to ongoing training and mentoring. This role offers excellent development potential as the firm continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and staff
  • Providing advice on policies, procedures and employment law matters
  • Supporting managers with day-to-day people management issues
  • Delivering accurate and timely HR administration

About You

  • At least two years’ experience in a business-facing HR role
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Committed to delivering a high-quality, supportive HR service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
