The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Business Development Executive to join a thriving and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term career prospects and the chance to be an integral part of the firm's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in generating and converting quotes in a professional, timely manner
- Acting as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients
- Liaising with and updating agents under Partner supervision
- Participating in business development activities such as visiting agents, attending networking events, and helping organise firm-hosted agent events
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage both your own workload and support others
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Positive, proactive, and aligned with a "can-do" culture
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced in sales or business development (preferred but not essential)
