TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to 1 year PQE) to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative property department with a strong reputation across South Wales. The Role
- You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision, handling matters from instruction through to post-completion.
- The role will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Delivering an excellent client experience throughout the transaction
You will work alongside experienced conveyancers within a friendly and collaborative team, with ongoing support to continue developing your technical knowledge and career.
