Overview
Senior Associate – Non Contentious Construction – Cardiff. TSR Legal are currently looking for a talented Senior Associate Construction Solicitor to join the growing construction team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of construction matters alongside experienced colleagues, supporting clients across both the public and private sectors.
You will be responsible for handling broad range of construction projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercial solutions. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including developers, contractors, consultants, funders, public sector bodies and other organisations involved in the built environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Advising on a wide variety of non-contentious construction matters across different sectors.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documentation, including standard form and bespoke contracts.
- Supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on complex, multidisciplinary matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
About you
We’re interested in hearing from qualified solicitors with at least 4 years post qualification experience who has experience in either non-contentious or contentious construction law and enjoy delivering commercially focused advice.
You’ll also bring:
