Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient and seamless service throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and associated residential property matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Preparing, reviewing and advising on contracts, title documentation and reports on title. Investigating property titles, managing enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensuring all matters are handled in accordance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures.
- Keeping clients informed at every stage and taking a proactive approach to progressing transactions through to completion.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
- A sound understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively within a busy team.
- A commitment to providing a high standard of client care and achieving positive outcomes.
