TSR Legal is proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning and highly respected claimant personal injury firm, to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Legal Executive to join their growing team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Legal Executive to manage their own caseload of claimant matters from inception through to conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required.
- Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
- Accidents at Work
- Accidents in Public Places
- Serious Injury matters (depending on experience)
You will be working as part of a supportive, specialist PI team that prides itself on delivering outstanding client care and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury files
- Handling claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation
- Advising clients clearly and empathetically throughout the claims process
- Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and legal documentation
- Liaising with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, client care, and file management
About You
- Experienced Personal Injury Legal Executive or Fee Earner
- Strong background in claimant PI work (RTA, EL/PL essential)
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client communication and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to claimant work and access to justice
