This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ looking to develop their technical expertise, gain exposure to high-quality corporate transactions and build a long-term career within a progressive and well-respected firm.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will become part of a highly regarded Corporate team, working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a varied and interesting caseload. The work will include mergers and acquisitions, private company sales and purchases, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.
From the outset, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in transactions, develop your drafting and negotiation skills and build relationships with clients. The team will provide the support and guidance needed to help you make the transition from trainee to qualified solicitor, whilst giving you the opportunity to take on responsibility and develop your own profile.
