Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE (indicative)

About the Firm
TSR Legal is recruiting for an ambitious Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join an established and growing law firm in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor looking to develop their career in Corporate Law, gaining exposure to business transactions, commercial agreements and corporate advisory work within a supportive environment.
The Role
- Assist with a broad range of Corporate transactions, including business acquisitions, disposals and company restructures.
- Draft and review shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and other corporate documentation.
- Support senior solicitors on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transactional documentation.
- Provide advice to business owners and corporate clients on general corporate matters.
- Work closely with colleagues across commercial property and dispute resolution.
- Develop client relationships and build technical expertise through hands-on transactional experience.
About You
Applications are encouraged from Newly Qualified Solicitors with Corporate experience gained during their training contract. Candidates with a strong interest in developing a career in Corporate Law are particularly encouraged to apply.
