NQ Corporate/Commercial Solicitor – Cardiff
TSR Legal currently have an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join the Corporate & Commercial team at our clients brand new office in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ looking to build their career within a well-established Welsh law firm, working alongside experienced specialists on a varied range of corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team environment, early responsibility and the opportunity to develop their technical expertise while building strong client relationships.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, and debt and equity funding arrangements.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your own caseload, support clients through key business transactions and contribute to the continued growth of the team. There will also be opportunities to develop client relationships, get involved in business development and build your profile within the South Wales market.
We are keen to hear from a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has gained exposure to corporate and commercial work during their training contract and is keen to develop their career in this area.
You will have strong drafting and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work. The ability to build relationships, work collaboratively and deliver a high standard of client service will be key to success in this role.
