Key Responsibilities- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and related legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures
- Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case records
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer CLC
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
