TSR Legal are currently working with a thriving, award-winning legal practice based in Cardiff, who are seeking a versatile and personable receptionist to join their busy office. The role involves supporting a multifaceted workplace, which includes the legal practice, a technology consultancy, and additional tenants within the same building. Full awareness and training will be provided to ensure confidence in handling calls, messages, mail, and filing across these areas.

As receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, as well as managing post, deliveries, meeting coordination, and catering where required. Strong communication, IT proficiency, and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone
  • Archiving documents
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Photocopying, printing, and filing
  • Providing general support to the Operations Manager
  • Creating bundles in Adobe and physical files
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning incoming documents
  • Coordinating maintenance and liaising with tradespeople when required
  • General office administration tasks
  • Coordinating meetings, including arranging drinks and catering for guests and workshops
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Ability to work with clients and service providers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Proficiency in IT (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Previous experience with case management systems is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
