This highly-regarded and established national firm based in stunning central Cardiff offices is looking to appoint a full-time Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to their market-leading tier 1 defendant clinical negligence department. Your work will involve a range of Defendant Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of a range of defendant clients and in particular acting for NHS Resolution.
Responsibilities
- Work will involve a range of Defendant Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of defendant clients, and in particular acting for NHS Resolution.
Qualifications
- 3-4 Years' PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex defendant clinical negligence caseloads.
- You may also have the opportunity to become involved with healthcare inquest and advisory work.
