Contentious Construction Solicitor - NQ - 4 PQE TSR Legal are currently supporting a multi office top 100 law firm who are looking for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to join an established and growing Construction team in Cardiff. You will advise a broad range of clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, funders, investors and public sector organisations, on a variety of construction and engineering disputes. Advising on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes. Conducting and assisting with litigation, including proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC). Drafting pleadings, submissions, witness statements, expert instructions and other litigation and adjudication documentation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Supporting business development initiatives, including networking, seminars, client training and legal updates. Contributing to the continued development and growth of the Construction & Engineering practice. Relevant experience in contentious construction or has completed a construction seat Experience of adjudication and/or TCC litigation. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and the legal principles relevant to construction disputes. Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of clients' wider business objectives. A commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client service.
