TSR Legal are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that is continuing to grow its presence across the UK. With an excellent reputation for client care and a strong investment in technology and people, this firm offers a modern, supportive environment for property professionals looking to develop their careers. Due to continued expansion, we are keen to speak with experienced and motivated Property Lawyers to join their Cardiff office on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation while maintaining a healthy balance between office collaboration and home working.
The Role
Following a structured onboarding and training programme designed to set you up for success, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions. This will include a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters, with complexity aligned to your level of experience. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team environment, modern systems, and a leadership team focused on continuous improvement and career development. A transparent and achievable bonus structure is also in place, offering the opportunity to earn significant additional income on top of your base salary.

- A minimum of 2 years experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
