Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a leading boutique national firm? We are seeking either an Associate or Senior Associate to join our well-regarded Family Law team in Cardiff. TSR Legal are currently representing a dynamic and forward-thinking national law firm with a boutique approach, known for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.
Our clients family team is recognised for handling complex and high-value matters, including divorce and financial remedies, private children disputes, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements. The Cardiff office is a key part of the national presence and offers a supportive, inclusive culture.
The Role
You will play a key role in the continued growth of our Family Law practice, managing a diverse caseload of privately funded matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Private children law matters
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse cases
As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will also be involved in business development, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the strategic growth of the department.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 4+ years’ PQE with strong experience in private family law
- A client-focused and empathetic approach
- A proven track record of handling complex financial remedy and children cases
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- A strong interest in business development and networking
- A desire to be part of a collaborative and ambitious team
