TSR Legal are looking to recruit an experienced and driven Senior Solicitor to join a leading disputes and litigation team within a prominent construction legal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to take on a senior role within a dynamic and collaborative environment, working on complex and high-value contentious matters.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling a broad range of disputes, including commercial litigation, arbitration, and other contentious proceedings. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, advising clients on strategy and risk, and representing their interests throughout all stages of the dispute resolution process.
The work will involve close engagement with clients across a variety of sectors, often on matters with an international dimension. You will play an integral role within the team, contributing to the development of client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. There will also be opportunities to supervise and mentor junior colleagues, sharing technical expertise and helping to foster a high-performing and supportive team culture.
Applicants should be qualified in England and Wales with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience, with a strong academic background and demonstrable experience in contentious work gained at a reputable firm or in‑house legal team. You will need excellent analytical and drafting skills, sound commercial judgement, and the confidence to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels are essential.
