Accounts Assistant

TSR Legal is pleased to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in central Cardiff that is looking to expand its well-established finance team with the appointment of an Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for its positive working culture, strong staff retention and supportive team environment. Due to continued growth, the firm is keen to appoint someone who is looking to develop their finance career within a professional services setting.
The Role
Working as part of a busy and collaborative accounts team, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. The position offers great exposure and training within a structured finance function.
The Ideal Candidate
- Accounts-related education (AAT or similar) or relevant finance experience
- Experience within financial services or professional services is advantageous but legal experience is not required
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Positive, team-oriented approach
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance function
