A well-established law firm based in Cardiff Bay is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its reputable Property team. This is a rare opportunity to take on a manageable, quality-focused caseload within a supportive and specialist environment, not a high-volume or production-line setup.
You will be part of a friendly, experienced team led by a highly regarded Head of Department, handling a varied caseload of residential sales and purchases, often linked to Court of Protection and Probate Estate matters. The Role
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
- Handling a range of transactions, including matters arising from Court of Protection clients and Probate Estates.
- Liaising directly with clients, third parties, and internal teams both in person and remotely.
- Ensuring high levels of client care and maintaining excellent communication throughout each transaction.
- Conducting legal research using the firm's comprehensive in-house facilities.
- Contributing to departmental development with genuine opportunities for progression.

- Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent experience).
