Responsibilities:
- Handle own caseload comprising the full mix of residential sales and purchase files including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership properties together with registered and unregistered titles.
- Work alongside senior fee earners within the conveyancing department.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' PQE.
