TSR Legal are currently working exclusively with a multi-office national law firm based in Cardiff and have a fantastic brand-new opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to join the highly regarded and award-winning employment team. The firm has a fantastic reputation across the UK working across a variety of sectors including financial services, education, real estate, government, and retail.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor at either Senior Associate/Legal Director or Partner level to join the growing employment practice, focusing on both the public and private sectors. The role will involve handling a variety of employment matters and working closely with a Senior Partner and the national employment team.

  • Provide legal advice on a range of employment matters including contracts, policies, and workplace procedures.
  • Advise on a variety of redundancy programs, disciplinary investigations, flexible working arrangements, parental rights, and grievance processes.
  • Represent clients across a variety of employment tribunal cases, drafting responses, handling disclosures, and preparing witness statements.
  • Advise on employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers, indemnities, warranties, and due diligence.
  • Deliver training sessions for clients on employment law updates, compliance, and bespoke workshops tailored to their needs.
