TSR Legal are currently working with an award-winning national legal 100 practice who are seeking an experienced Development Solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value development projects for a diverse and prestigious client base.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of development matters across the commercial and residential sectors, working closely with colleagues nationally and supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of development projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of development land
- Drafting and negotiating option agreements, promotion agreements, and conditional contracts
- Advising on site assembly, infrastructure agreements, and overage
- Supporting secured lending and development finance transactions
- Working directly with developers, investors, landowners, and public sector bodies
About You
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Experienced in real estate development work (typically 6+ years’ PQE, but flexibility for the right candidate)
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident managing matters autonomously while collaborating within a team
- Committed to delivering excellent client service
