TSR Legal are working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Bath who are seeking a Post Completions Clerk to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their career within residential conveyancing. Previous post-completion experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

Working within the Residential Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for coordinating all post-completion activities, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent service to clients, lenders, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing letters and documentation following completion.
  • Checking completion statements and ensuring financial calculations are accurate on both client and office accounts.
  • Submitting documents to HMRC and the Land Registry.
  • Managing Land Registry requisitions and ensuring they are dealt with promptly.
  • Dealing with enquiries from mortgage lenders regarding mortgage redemptions and registrations.
  • Liaising with fee earners regarding outstanding matters and issues identified during the post-completion process.
  • Providing additional administrative support as required across the department.
