TSR Legal are currently working with a boutique practice based in Bristol, who have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Partner as it continues to expand its presence in Bristol. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice and developing long standing relationships with businesses across a diverse range of sectors. As part of its continued growth strategy, it is seeking an experienced litigator who is looking for more than just a new role. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing office and play a significant part in the next phase of the firm's development.
The Role
You will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where lawyers are trusted to develop their practice, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the wider success of the business. The firm advises owner managed businesses, SMEs, high growth companies, investors and corporate clients on a broad range of complex and high value disputes. As a senior member of the team, you will have the platform, support and autonomy to grow your practice while helping to establish a leading disputes offering in Bristol and the South West.
You will advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Professional negligence matters
- Director and boardroom disputes
- Commercial fraud and asset recovery
- Business ownership disputes
- Insolvency related litigation
- Contentious property and commercial matters
Alongside client work, you will play an active role in business development, mentoring lawyers and strengthening the firm's profile within the local business and professional community.
