TSR Legal are working with a highly successful full service firm with offices in Central Bristol who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Managing and running a full caseload (Non Panel Work)
- Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
- Preferably 2-4 years PQE
- Be able to handle their own caseload
- Have a strong technical proficiency
- Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be a strong team player
