The company is committed to continuous growth and excellence, and they are now seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support their ambitious goals.
As Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in managing client and supplier contracts, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risk, and aligning commercial terms with business objectives. Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you’ll drive contract management excellence and support the development of the company’s commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including renewals and change orders.
- Advise on risk mitigation, legal compliance, and intellectual property protection.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to align contracts with business strategy.
- Lead process improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle and enhance efficiency.
- Support commercial bids, ensuring optimal terms and risk management.
- Manage contract disputes and liaise with external legal advisors as needed.
