The firm is seeking a Partner to take on the role of Head of Energy, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision for this key sector. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the firm’s strategy for the Energy sector, ensuring continued growth, market leadership, and innovation.
- Client Development & Relationship Management: Leverage an extensive network to attract new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing industry leaders in the energy sector.
- Legal Expertise & Supervision: Lead on complex, high‑profile energy‑related legal matters, spanning real estate, corporate law, disputes, commercial contracts, and employment.
- Market Positioning: Drive the growth of the Energy practice group through targeted marketing, thought leadership, and active participation in industry events.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor: A minimum of 10 years PQE, with experience in energy‑related legal matters.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrable success in a leadership role, ideally as a Partner or Senior Counsel at a reputable UK law firm.
