TSR Legal are working in partnership with a Top 100 Law Firm's Bristol office in their search for a Principal Associate / Legal Director in the Employment sector to join their Bristol team.
The Role
In this role as a Principal Associate / Legal Director in the Employment sector, you will be expected to have prior experience with another leading Regional or National firm and you can confidently produce independent high quality work. In this senior position you will need to be confident communicating not only with your internal team but also with your clients. This will come in the way of maintaining and improving client working relationships for the firm. The key objective of this new role is to enhance the firm's growing national employment practice through having a specific focus on working with respondent clients in the public and private sectors. The role will involve working with clients in connection with a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
About You
The successful Lawyer in the employment sector will need to be 7 PQE +. You will need to have strong employment law experience. Not only will you be expected to have strong law knowledge but a good team player and role model to the younger team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have an eagerness to produce the highest quality work. You will need to be a UK and Wales qualified solicitor.
