Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, new build properties, and shared ownership matters.
About You
Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors. You will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to file management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
