The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build properties
- Shared ownership matters
This position is based within the firm’s Bristol office and would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team.
About You
Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors. You will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to file management
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- A positive, team-focused attitude aligned with the firm’s collaborative culture
