A leading insurance law firm is looking to appoint an Indemnity Solicitor to join a well-established team in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality defendant work within a supportive, forward-thinking environment, with clear progression and flexible hybrid working.
The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of indemnity litigation matters including multi-track claims
- Reviewing evidence, drafting correspondence and preparing court documents
- Supporting strategy, instruction of counsel/experts and preparing cases for hearings
- Building strong relationships with insurer clients and meeting service levels
You’ll need:
- Experience handling indemnity claims and multi-track litigation
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and client communication skills
- Defendant/insurance market experience (helpful but not essential)
