Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and joint ventures, capital markets and private equity.
- Providing legal guidance on a range of corporate matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documents.
- Conducting due diligence on behalf of clients.
