TSR Legal are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our clients growing Personal Injury team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong commitment to client care and a passion for achieving justice for individuals who have suffered injury. You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims
- Advising clients on legal rights, prospects, and case strategy
- Conducting investigations, including reviewing medical records and instructing experts
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing parties
- Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and regulatory requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- 2+ PQE
- Experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence law
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
