An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading top 70 law firm’s Cardiff office. The team advises on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters, acting for major institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector clients. This role offers the chance to work as part of a national high-performing team, contributing to some of the most significant real estate transactions in the UK while benefiting from a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, and related documentation.
- Supporting corporate and finance colleagues on real estate aspects of wider transactions.
- Managing client relationships and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice.
- Assisting with business development initiatives and contributing to the team’s continued growth.
About You
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in commercial real estate – 5+ PQE.
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to team and firm-wide initiatives.
