TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a well-established and growing regional law firm in Bridgend seeking an ambitious Solicitor ready to take the next step in their career. This is a confidential opportunity, ideally suited to someone who is currently operating as a sole fee earner or key team member and is looking to progress into a Head of Department role either immediately or in the near future.

The OpportunityYou will join the firm with responsibility for managing and developing a core area of legal services, with the autonomy to shape and grow the department. Initially, you may operate as the sole solicitor within your specialism, with a clear mandate and support from the wider leadership team to build a team around you over time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of their work, is commercially aware, and is motivated by the prospect of creating and leading a successful department.
