Our client, a leading and expanding regional law firm with Legal 500 and Lexcel accreditation, is seeking a Senior Associate Company Commercial Solicitor to join its Swansea office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years’ relevant experience, with a strong track record across the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder agreements, e-commerce matters and terms of business.
