We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Completion Assistant - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in delivering a seamless client experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full post-completion lifecycle of property transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Preparing and issuing completion statements to clients and third parties.
- Assisting with the production of post-completion reports and summaries for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Providing essential administrative support, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry.
What we’re looking for:
