The organisation is undergoing an exciting phase of growth as it expands its newly established fully remote conveyancing function. We are seeking experienced Property Lawyers at varying levels to join a fully remote team handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a progressive environment where technology, support, and structured development are used to enhance both performance and work-life balance. You will manage your own mixed caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions, with the complexity and volume aligned to your experience level. Full training and a structured induction programme will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role. This position also offers a highly competitive bonus structure, with earning potential of approximately £12,000-£15,000 annually on top of base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling transactions from instruction through to completion
