Full Time | Permanent TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and friendly law firm who are looking to recruit a Fee-Earning Paralegal or Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within residential conveyancing, taking ownership of their own caseload with the support of an experienced and approachable team. The Role Working as part of an established residential property department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the level of responsibility tailored to your experience. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
Preparing and reviewing contract documentation.
Raising and responding to enquiries.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the transaction.
Carrying out searches and reviewing title documentation.
Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the conveyancing process.
The Ideal Candidate A Fee-Earning Paralegal with previous residential conveyancing experience, or a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer.
Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, or the ability to demonstrate strong progression towards this.
Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including sales and purchases.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and is keen to develop their career.
