TSR Legal are currently working with a wellâregarded law firm based in Birmingham that seeks a 2+ PQE Solicitor with strong commercial experience to join their highly regarded national team. Joining a growing commercial team, the successful Solicitor will work alongside a lead Partner on a complex and varied caseload covering a variety of commercial matters.
The Role
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including IT, IP and data protection issues
- Franchise agreements
- Eâcommerce and software as a service agreement
- Supply terms
- Agency agreements
- Participation in business development and networking initiatives
- Developing data protection procedures
- Reviewing, drafting data processing and data sharing agreements
The Person
- A solicitor with 2+ PQE Commercial experience
- Technically proficient in all aspects of commercial contract and data protection work
- Excels in verbal and written communication
- Good time and file management skills
- Strives for high standards and is willing to go the extra mile for clients
