TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded multi office firm, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate or Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join the firm's well-established and growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and support to a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of private client work including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning.
  • Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop tailored legal solutions.
  • Supporting elderly clients and vulnerable adults with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide a holistic client service.
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the department.
  • Engaging in business development and networking activities to promote the team's services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in private client law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and mental capacity matters.
  • STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and provide empathetic, clear legal advice.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with strong organisational skills.
