Our client is a leading national law firm with a strong UK presence and a well-established Planning practice. Our client’s Cardiff office plays a key role in advising major public and private sector clients across Wales and the UK on complex, high-profile development and infrastructure projects.
The role involves seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join our client’s growing Planning team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant post-qualification experience in planning law, typically 4+ PQE
- Strong technical expertise with experience handling complex and high-value matters
- Proven ability to manage files autonomously and mentor junior team members
- Commercially minded with excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Experience of Welsh planning matters and devolved regimes is highly desirable
