TSR Legal are currently working with a leading Top 100 law firm in Bristol, who offer a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals. With offices across the United Kingdom and London, our client covers a broad range of Tier 1 practice areas. Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team based in Bristol. The successful candidate will work alongside an award-winning Partner who is highly ranked in the Legal 500.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercial, employment law advice to a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, charities, and large listed companies.
- Advise on a range of employment issues, such as restructuring, TUPE compliance, collective consultation obligations, outsourcing/insourcing arrangements, business immigration, employment contracts, dispute resolution, redundancies, and settlement agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment law and ensure clients are well-informed of relevant developments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE with experience of working within an employment team.
- Proven experience in handling a broad spectrum of employment matters, either contentious or non-contentious.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
