TSR Legal are currently partnering with one of the most well-regarded regional firms in Cirencester who are highly ranked across several legal disciplines. Due to rapid expansions in 2025 and the opening of several new offices across the United Kingdom, our client is currently looking to expand its Commercial Property offering in Cirencester with the addition of either a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate.
Our client has a fantastic reputation both locally and nationally assisting commercial tenants, property developers, major banks as well as major landowners. Our client has the expertise and coverage to offer a range of commercial property services to its clients including:
- Advising on finance structures
- Negotiating the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold matters
- Commercial property leases
- Agricultural matters
- Planning matters
