An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate level Personal Injury Solicitor with APIL accreditation to join a well established and respected legal practice in South Wales.
This role offers the chance to handle a high quality caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative team that values technical excellence and client care.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including complex and high value claims. The work will involve progressing cases from inception through to settlement or trial, providing clear and practical advice to clients and maintaining the highest standards of service throughout. You will be encouraged to play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified solicitor with solid post qualification experience in personal injury law. APIL membership or accreditation is essential. You will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a client focused approach. You should be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and be motivated to develop your career at associate level within a progressive firm.
