TSR Legal have a rare and outstanding opportunity for a corporate partner / lawyer to join a new and exciting commercial firm opening new offices in Swansea. They have a highly reputable corporate law practice with an impressive client portfolio, consisting of major organisations and leaders in their industry.
The Role:
- Clear structure and strategy
- Corporates, OMBs, Private Equity, Banking looking to join a corporate law team recognised as leading.
- Range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate work.
The Person:
- Genuine expert in field (M & A, private equity, restructuring).
- Has awareness of clients' commercial imperatives and able to tailor advice accordingly.
- Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts accordingly.
- Can draft complex, bespoke or unprecedented documentation.
- Is knowledgeable on document requirements on any given matter.
- Possesses comprehensive understanding of most aspects of matters and has sound tactical awareness.
- Can supervise a team in respect of preparing documentation.
- Safe pair of hands, able to trust them to deliver the technical legal work to clients and provide good service without supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate partner to join a leading legal 500 firm who are very open to PQE levels to join this new team in an autonomous role at what is an exciting time for the firm.
