Property Litigation Solicitor

Central Cardiff

2 Years PQE Plus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in Central Cardiff, with ambitious plans for continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years PQE who is looking to join a strong and established property litigation practice and take the next step in their career.

The firm has an excellent reputation for the quality of its legal work and has particular strength across property, social housing and litigation. Its client base includes major organisations within the housing and property sectors, providing exposure to a varied and high quality caseload.

The successful solicitor will handle a broad range of contentious property matters, which may include leasehold disputes, landlord and tenant issues, service charge disputes, possession and forfeiture proceedings, building safety matters and wider property litigation.

You will be joining an experienced team with a strong track record and will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters, work directly with clients and become involved in increasingly complex and interesting disputes.

The firm is continuing to invest in its Cardiff presence and has exciting growth plans for the future. This creates a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to join a business at an important stage of its development and play a part in its continued success.

The culture is collegiate, supportive and ambitious, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent client service and high quality legal work. You will work alongside experienced solicitors and partners in an environment where people are encouraged to develop, take responsibility and progress.

You should have at least two years PQE and experience in property litigation, housing litigation or landlord and tenant disputes. You will be technically strong, commercially aware and confident dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels. xsabvtc
