My client is a legal 500 law firm with offices in Central Cardiff and they are seeking a Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer to work as part of their dynamic fast-growing charities & private wealth team.
The ideal candidate will already have a solid grounding in this practice area and have experience of dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes and equitable interest claims.
They have some exciting opportunities and are a growing team, and as such they have a variety of opportunities from Associate to Senior Associate within the team. What’s important is a passion for client service and a desire to make a difference within the team.
You will be working with clients who are going through some of the most difficult times in their life and playing a key role in supporting them and the team. You’ll be working within a supportive and dynamic business with access to key stakeholders in an open and communicative culture.
They are flexible about PQE level, and as a leading law firm they are able to offer agile working for candidates that have the best fit for the team. You will have ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications or they will be willing to support you with this.
