This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Newport office who provide high-quality advice to a range of clients. This is a new opportunity in Newport to develop their career in a firm with genuine long-term opportunities. Our clients busy Dispute Resolution Team in Newport specialises in Commercial and Civil Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Debt recovery and Neighbour disputes.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a caring, quality service to the firms clients in accordance with the plans of the firm
- To seek awareness of applicable law, solutions and remedies funding and compliance
- To conduct own cases and assist partners in providing advice and representation to the firms clients.
- Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 plus years PQE
- Sound knowledge of all usual Dispute Resolution areas
- Experience in client development and meetings
- Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients
- Ability to manage own workflows
